Set up your brand knowledge

Add your brand's materials in the Brand Hub so the brand agent keeps every generation on-brand.

Before you start

  • Admin access.
  • Brand materials handy: guidelines, logos (SVG), fonts (TTF or OTF), and a few composition examples (PNG). You can also add plain text, a webpage link, or a social profile.

Steps

  1. Switch to the brand workspace you want to set up using the brand picker in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Brand Hub.
  3. Click Add source and add your materials — upload files, paste text, or add a link or social profile.
  4. Kyoso reads each source and folds the brand-relevant parts into your brand knowledge document automatically. You'll see an "Updating brand knowledge…" indicator while it works.
  5. Review the knowledge document and add more sources to fill any gaps the agent flags.

Tips

  • The more relevant material you add, the better the agent captures your brand's visual style.
  • Updates are incremental — adding a new source never wipes what you added before.
  • The agent captures only what your sources actually say, and tells you what's still missing.

Limitations

  • The knowledge document is read-only and agent-maintained. Editing it yourself, or asking the agent to revise it from a chat, is in development.
