The Brand Hub

The Brand Hub is where you manage what your brand agent knows — a readable, agent-maintained knowledge document beside the sources it learns from.

What it is

The Brand Hub is where you manage everything your brand agent knows about your brand. It pairs two things side by side: a readable brand knowledge document the agent writes and keeps up to date, and a Sources panel where you add the materials it learns from.

Key ideas

  • The brand knowledge document — a single, continuously updated page that captures your brand's voice, identity, rules, and key assets. It's the same knowledge the agent reads when it generates.
  • Read-only and agent-maintained — you don't write it by hand. The agent keeps it current and shows when it was last updated.
  • Add sources anytime — outside of any chat, you can upload files (brand guidelines, product images, fonts), paste text, add a webpage link, or add a social profile.
  • Sources feed knowledge automatically — adding a source updates your brand knowledge on its own. You'll see an "Updating brand knowledge…" indicator while the new material is folded in, and the document refreshes when it's done.
  • Nothing is overwritten — each new source is merged into what's already there. Adding your tenth source never wipes the first nine.
  • Grounded, not invented — the agent captures only what your sources actually say. It won't pad your brand with made-up history or guessed details, and it calls out what it captured versus what's still missing, so you know which gaps to fill.
  • A failed update never loses your upload — if a knowledge update doesn't go through, the source is still stored and you can retry. The upload and the knowledge update are independent.

What's in development

  • Editing the brand knowledge document yourself, or asking the agent to revise it from a chat.
  • Connecting external apps (e.g. Slack, Drive) as live, syncing sources.

How it fits with the rest of Kyoso

The brand knowledge document is what makes generation brand-aware. In a normal board chat, the agent reads it to write in your brand's voice and to reference your brand's visuals — logos, product shots — by name. Brand files you add here also show up in the Brand Assets library for use in any generation.

Like everything brand-scoped, the Hub follows the brand selected in the top-left brand switcher. Creating and managing brands is an Admin task — see Brands in your org.
