Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel your Kyoso subscription from your account settings, and what happens after you cancel.
Informational only. This page describes the cancellation process today. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not form part of your subscription agreement. Your binding terms are in the Terms of Service.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Kyoso account.
- Log in at https://app.kyoso.com.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Manage billing. This opens our payment provider's billing portal (Stripe), where you'll manage your subscription.
- Select Cancel plan and confirm.
If you can't access your account or the Manage billing button isn't working, contact support and we'll help you cancel.
What happens after you cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan and all paid features until then.
- Auto-renewal stops. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current term.
- Remaining credits stay usable until the end of the period. After that, unused credits expire. For annual contracts, unused credits expire at the end of the applicable annual commitment term.
- No prorated refund. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. See Terms of Service §4.1 (Effect of Cancellation).
- Reactivating before the term ends restores your subscription with no interruption. Reactivate from the same Settings → Billing → Manage billing flow.
Annual contracts and minimum terms
If your Order specifies a minimum term (typically annual or Enterprise contracts), cancellation is still subject to that minimum term — your subscription will end at the end of the committed term, not earlier. Mid-term cancellation does not generate a prorated refund.
For Enterprise customers, contact your Kyoso account team to discuss changes mid-term.
Other things you can do from Manage billing
The same Manage billing button also lets you:
- Update your payment method (card details, billing address).
- Download past invoices.
- Switch plans (upgrade or downgrade).
For a guided walkthrough of plans and credits, see Plans & billing and the Credit usage guide.
